1. Overview
These terms govern your use of theprotocol website and any services provided by Miles Austin trading as The Protocol ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We offer two core services:
- AI Implementation & Automation — monthly retainer starting from £750/mo
- Websites & Funnels — project-based starting from £1,500
Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed on a per-project basis following the initial discovery call. No work begins until both parties have agreed to scope and payment has been received.
3. Payment
- All payments are processed via Stripe
- Retainer payments are due monthly in advance
- Project payments: 50% deposit upfront, 50% on completion — unless otherwise agreed
- All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project
- We retain the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-confidential elements in future work
- We may reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information
- Respond to requests for approval within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
6. The Protocol Community
The Protocol is a free community offering AI insights, templates, and content. By joining, you agree to receive email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
7. Limitation of Liability
We build systems and websites to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, traffic figures, or business results. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
- Retainers: Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. The current paid month will be completed.
- Projects: If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
